[SPEXTRUM] plans to transfer Com2uS Store services to [Bridge Seven] on June 21st, 2024. Accordingly, in order to provide continuous services to members using the Com2uS Store, contractual rights and obligations, including customer personal information provided to [SPEXTRUM] and agreement to the terms and conditions, will be comprehensively transferred to [Bridge Seven]. Personal information that is transferred will be used only within the same scope as before and will be safely protected in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, such as the Personal Information Protection Act.

In accordance with Article 26 of the Personal Information Protection Act, prohibition of the processing of personal information for purposes other than the purpose of performing the entrusted work, taking technical, managerial and practical protection measures, restriction of re-entrustment, management and supervision of the trustee, and compensation for damages are specified in documents such as contracts, and the company will supervise whether the trustee handles personal information safely.

Customers who do not wish to have their personal information transferred as the service is transferred and who do not agree to the revised Terms of Service can exercise their right to refuse the transfer by canceling their membership. However, if you cancel your membership, your use of Com2uS Store services may be restricted, and your personal information may be retained within the scope and period permitted by relevant laws.
