[Com2uS Store] Transfer of Personal Information Following Business Transfer and Terms of Service Revision Notice

We would like to express our deepest gratitude to the customers of Com2uS Store. In accordance with Article 27 of the Personal Information Protection Act, we are informing you of the transfer of personal information following business transfer and Terms of Service Revision as follows.

1. Transfer of personal information following business transfer

[SPEXTRUM] plans to transfer Com2uS Store services to [Bridge Seven] on June 21st, 2024. Accordingly, in order to provide continuous services to members using the Com2uS Store, contractual rights and obligations, including customer personal information provided to [SPEXTRUM] and agreement to the terms and conditions, will be comprehensively transferred to [Bridge Seven]. Personal information that is transferred will be used only within the same scope as before and will be safely protected in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, such as the Personal Information Protection Act.

Due to the business transfer, Com2uS Store's Terms of Service concluded between the member and [SPEXTRUM] will also be transferred to [Bridge Seven], and the Terms of Service will be completely revised.

Matters related to entrustment of personal information processing The company entrusts processing of customers' personal information to an external party only for some of the tasks necessary to provide smooth service. [Objections and Inquiries]

Customers who do not wish to have their personal information transferred as the service is transferred and who do not agree to the revised Terms of Service can exercise their right to refuse the transfer by canceling their membership. However, if you cancel your membership, your use of Com2uS Store services may be restricted, and your personal information may be retained within the scope and period permitted by relevant laws.
