We would like to share the following information with those who pre-ordered the "Rakan Statue" at the 2021 New York Comic Con (NYCC) event.

Please note that this notice is being sent by Bridge Seven, the operator of the Com2uS Store, who is handling this matter at Com2uS’s request.

First, we sincerely thank our customers who have patiently waited from the pre-order application to the release, and we deeply apologize for the delay in the launch.

The "Rakan Statue" will officially be released on September 26, 2024, in conjunction with the reopening of the Com2uS Store.

As previously informed, the personal information collected during the pre-order process was stored and utilized for six months from the pre-order date, and all collected data has since been destroyed.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused to our pre-order applicants.

We kindly request pre-order applicants to contact customer service at (cs@bridge7.co.kr) and forward the email received after the pre-order registration.
