Canceling Your Order  

• Order info cannot be changed once the product is shipped.  

• To change info at the <Order Complete> phase, cancel your order and place a new order.  

• Please request to cancel your order through the customer center.  

Return & Exchange  

• You can request a return within 14 business days of receiving the product.  

• Products that have been damaged by you cannot be exchanged or returned.  

• Exchange/return is not available if you've used the game coupon that was included in the product.  

• You are responsible for shipping fees for returns due to a change of mind or personal reasons.

• If the product is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer center.

Refund

• Refunds will be deposited to your nominated account within 3 business days (up to 30 days).

EU Region-Specific Provisions: European Union 

The following provisions apply exclusively to consumers residing in the European Union (EU), in accordance with EU Directive 2023/2673 and applicable EU consumer protection laws:

1. Right of Withdrawal / Cancellation: You have the right to withdraw from or cancel this contract at any time from the moment you place your order up to 14 calendar days after receiving the product, without giving any reason. If your order is delivered in multiple shipments, the 14-day period begins on the day the final product is delivered. 

2. How to Exercise Withdrawal: You can exercise your right directly on our website via your Account or Order Status page by using the "withdraw from contract here" and "confirm withdrawal" buttons. An automated acknowledgement of receipt containing the date and time of your request will be sent to your registered email address immediately upon submission.

3. Return Shipping & Timeframe: Once you have notified us of your decision to withdraw, you must send back the products within 31 calendar days. Unless the product is defective or incorrect, you are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods. 

4. Exclusion of Withdrawal (Game Coupons & Digital Content): The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content or physical products bundled with game coupons / digital codes once the performance has begun with your prior express consent. Specifically, once a game coupon or digital code has been unsealed, viewed, redeemed, or used, your right of withdrawal is immediately forfeited. 

5. Compensation for Diminished Value: You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (similar to handling in a physical shop). We reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from your refund for any such loss in value.

6. Refunds & Right of Retention: We will refund all payments received from you using the original payment method within 14 calendar days of receiving your withdrawal request. However, we may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods back or until you have provided proof of return shipment, whichever is earlier.
