1. The Com2uS Store Membership Program is a rewards program for registered members.
You can earn points by completing various actions, and use those points to get different benefits.
2. All points earned before April 21 have been expired as part of the program renewal.
However, any coupons you received by using those points can still be used.
3. In the previous reward program, points were only earned based on purchase amounts,
and they could only be used to redeem a 5,000 KRW coupon or a 20% discount coupon.
4. The new program allows you to earn points through shopping, social media follows, review submissions, and more.
You can also move up membership tiers based on your points and enjoy extra perks by tier.
5. Points will expire 12 months after the date they are earned.
An email reminder will be sent to your registered address 7 days before expiration.
6. Your membership tier resets every year and is valid until the end of each year.
7. You will receive a tier upgrade reward once when your tier increases,
and tier-based coupons are issued every quarter.
Each tier coupon is valid for 90 days from the issue date.
8. Your tier will go up when you reach a certain number of points.
Even if you use your points, your tier will not go down.
