Cautions in use
① This product is for ages over 15 years.
② This product contains small parts that may pose a choking hazard. Store the product in a safe place to keep it out of reach of children under the specified age.
③ Keep away from flammable items and do not apply excessive force.
④ Some parts of the product need to be assembled. Exchange/return is not available for damaged and lost parts after assembling the product.
⑤ Exchange/return is not available if the product package has been damaged.
⑥ The product may contain sharp edges.
⑦ The figure may contain minor molding and painting errors.
Order Notice
① This is a pre-order product. Please be advised that your order may not be shipped right away.
② The pre-order may end without prior notice depending on the pre-order status and internal circumstances.
③ The shipping schedule is subject to change depending on the manufacturer.
④ Orders may be canceled either partially or entirely depending on the production status. In this case, compensations will not be given separately.
For certain cancellations, the quantities will be assigned according to the order of payments received.
Please Note
① Make sure you check the content before you open the packaging (vinyl and bubble wraps that protect the items inside).
② Exchange/refund is not available if the package has been opened.
③ Please be advised that exchange/refund is not available if you change your mind about the purchase after opening the box.
④ You can request for an exchange if the product is defective. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a refund instead.
⑤ Please note that the images shown may differ from the final product.
Exchange/refund in not available for the following cases
① You're requesting an exchange/refund due to minor dots, poor stamp quality, scratches, and loose joints that come from the production process.
② You're requesting an exchange/refund due to any deformation or damage caused to the package during the distribution process (the package is only the packaging portion that wraps the content inside).
③ 14 days have passed after receiving the product.
④ You opened the packaging.
⑤ You're requesting an exchange/refund for color differences between the actual product and the image. The colors may vary depending on the monitor's resolution settings.
Shipping Notice
① The product is shipped from South Korea. (Shipped to South Korea including other countries)
② The shipping fee and available countries are subject to change without prior notice. Please check the shipping fee on the checkout page.
③ The shipping fee varies by country and product.
④ The shipping fee is set by the product's weight and volume. You can check the shipping fee for each country when making a payment.
⑤ Bundled payment and shipping are not available for pre-ordered products.
Exchange/Refund/Customer Service
① We are responsible for shipping fees for returns due to defective products and shipping issues.
② The customer is responsible for shipping fees for returns due to change of mind or personal reasons.
③ You can request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
④ If you find that the product looks different from the image, ad, etc., you can request an exchange or refund within 3 months of receiving the product or 30 days of being aware of the differences. Exchange/refund will not be available after those periods.
⑤ Please contact cs_com2us_store@spextrum.net with info such as order number, details, and pictures to request an exchange or refund.
⑥ Exchange/refund is not available if you've used the game coupon that was included in the product.
⑦ Your request may be declined for orders that can't be exchanged/refunded.
⑧ Refunds will be deposited to your nominated account within 3-7 business days. It may take up to 30 business days for international orders.
