Please read below before making a purchase.Import taxes may be incurred while processing customs clearance for import. The purchaser is responsible for paying customs duties.

• Import taxes incurred during the customs clearance for the import process cannot be checked and paid in the Com2uS Store. Please contact the customs of the destination country before placing an order.
• Customs will contact the purchaser to clear the items through customs. The shipping company may return or discard the item if contact cannot be made. In this case, the purchaser is responsible for returns and discards.
• Com2uS Store cannot refund any items that have been returned or discarded due to refusing to pay import taxes.

• Some countries may require an import license for product acquisition. Please note that order cancellation and refunds are not allowed, and we are not responsible for customs delays due to missing required information.
• We are not responsible for shipping issues caused by the shipping company's negligence. If assistance is needed.
• The product is shipped from South Korea.

[Refund & Exchange Policy]

• Check the content before opening the packaging (vinyl, bubble wraps).
• Refund & Exchange is not available if the package has been opened or for change of mind after opening the box.
• Refunds and exchanges are available for defective products. If the product is out of stock, a refund will be provided instead of an exchange.
• The actual product may appear differently due to monitor resolution settings, photography, and editing. Please note that refunds cannot be accepted for this reason.
• We cover shipping fees for returns due to defective products or shipping issues.
• The customer covers shipping fees for returns due to change of mind or personal reasons.
• You can request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
• To request Refund & Exchange, contact us with your order number, details, and pictures.
• Refund & Exchange is not available if the game coupon included in the product has been used.
