[Overseas Customs Fees]
Please read below before making a purchase.Import taxes may be incurred while processing customs clearance for import. The purchaser is responsible for paying customs duties.

• In some countries, there are cases where import taxes are almost equivalent to the product's price that must be paid by the customer separately. 
• Import taxes incurred during the customs clearance for the import process cannot be checked and paid in the Com2uS Store. Please contact the customs of the destination country before placing an order.
• Customs will contact the purchaser to clear the items through customs. The shipping company may return or discard the item if contact cannot be made. In this case, the purchaser is responsible for returns and discards.
• Com2uS Store cannot refund any items that have been returned or discarded due to refusing to pay import taxes.

[Shipping]

• Please enter shipping information (address, name, etc.) in English.
• The purchaser is responsible for any shipping issues caused by incorrect shipping information provided.
• Shipping fees vary by region and will be calculated at checkout.
• Shipping fees and available countries are subject to change without prior notice depending on the shipping company's circumstances.
• Additional fees may apply if you request to change the shipping address after shipping has begun.
• Some countries may require an import license for product acquisition. Please note that order cancellation and refunds are not allowed, and we are not responsible for customs delays due to missing required information.
• We are not responsible for shipping issues caused by the shipping company's negligence. If assistance is needed.
• The product is shipped from South Korea.

[Refund & Exchange Policy]

• Order Cancellation: Order information cannot be changed once the product has shipped. To modify details at the stage, please cancel your order through Customer Support and place a new order.
• Return & Exchange (General):  You can request a return or exchange within 14 business days of receiving the product. Products damaged after delivery or items with unsealed/used game coupons/digital codes are not eligible for return or exchange. Return shipping fees for simple change of mind or personal reasons are covered by the customer.
• Defective or Damaged Products:  If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact Customer Support with your order number, details, and clear photos. We cover all round-trip shipping fees for verified defective or incorrectly shipped items. If the item is out of stock, a full refund will be issued instead of an exchange.
• Refunds:  Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 3 business days (up to 30 days depending on payment provider policies).
• EU Region-Specific Provisions (European Union):  For consumers residing in the EU, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws:
  - Right of Withdrawal: You have the right to withdraw from or cancel this contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the product without giving any reason. You may exercise this right via your Account / Order Status page on our website or by contacting Customer Support.
  - Exclusion of Withdrawal (Digital Content & Game Coupons): The right of withdrawal does NOT apply to physical products bundled with game coupons or digital codes once performance has begun with your express consent. Specifically, once the physical package is unsealed or the game coupon/digital code is viewed, redeemed, or used, your right of withdrawal is immediately forfeited.
  - Return Timeframe & Costs: Once you notify us of withdrawal, products must be sent back within 31 calendar days. Unless the product is defective, you are responsible for direct return shipping costs. Refunds may be withheld until the returned goods are received back or proof of return shipment is provided.
